Dr. Singh was born in Punjab and attended Punjab Agricultural University, where he graduated as a veterinarian in 1985. Years later, Dr. Singh passed the Canadian Veterinary and Medical Association and Australian National exams, certifying him to practice in these as well as a number of European countries (which eventually led to his relocation to Australia).

A strong advocate of Animal welfare, Dr. Singh spent time volunteering and as an active member of prestigious Animal welfare organizations like the RSPCA and the Animal Welfare League.

In 1989, Dr. Singh settled down in Delhi and started this practice. He and this clinic became an integral part of the local pet parent community. He strived to develop friendly and reliable relationships with his clients, and clients trusted him for giving sound advice when it came to their pets' well-being. The response from clients and the community has been overwhelmingly positive and encouraging, helping the practice see incredible growth. Two decades later, the clinic still continues to grow and be an active member of the local community and Dr. Singh is very proud of his team for their role.
